•    The APC is paid only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. The editor will send an invoice and payment instructions.

•    Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision or guarantee acceptance.

•    Fee waivers or discounts may be granted to authors from low-income countries, students, or authors facing financial hardship, upon written request at the time of submission.

•    Payments that have been made are non-refundable, except when the article fails to be published due to the journal's fault.
