JVLE uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), based on LOCKSS, to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

In addition, published articles are archived and indexed through:

•    Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia

•    Google Scholar

•    Crossref (DOI registration)

•    Other indexing databases, added when available

•    The publisher's internal backup system (Ryvo Press)

Authors are permitted to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networks, with full acknowledgment of the original publication in this journal.
